- Dues of $6 per active member
Can't make the date? Reply before September 1 with the date you expect to send, and you're squared away.

Send your roster to the address below. Mirror last year's template so statewide records stay consistent — a matching template is below if you need one. Share it by whatever electronic method your board prefers.

Label every payment with your board name and the number of active members you are paying for — for example, Board Name — 42 members. Without it, payments can't be matched to your roster.
